Come join us for an out & back walk through the beautiful tidal salt marsh in Hubbard County Park to the shore of Flanders Bay. We'll be led by naturalist, photographer & author of the book Hiking Long Island, Lee McAllister.

Certified instructor Rosemary Martilotta leads this gentle yoga class, which combines postural alignment, conscious breathing, deep relaxation and energy awareness. All abilities welcome. Bring a yoga mat or towel. This is a 6-class series.
