  1. You must be a Resident of Mattituck or Laurel
  2. Involvement with library services and activities
  3. Dedication to life-long learning and chosen career path
  4. One Page Written Essay on the following topic:

If you could design a new library program or service for teens, what would it be?

  1. A brief description of the program or service
  2. How teens would benefit from this program or service

Deadline: Must be received by April 30, 2026.
