The refuge is free to visit and anyone can access the trails; the reservation is for a nature kit to use while you are visiting the refuge. The kit includes a laminated trail map, interactive nature bingo, photo scavenger hunt and a QWR field guide on what to see when you visit, as well as a 10% discount in the QWR gift shop
