Program Type:Health & Wellness
Fitness instructor Laurie Short will help you to improve your strength, mobility, posture, balance and flexibility during seated (and some) standing exercises. You will use tubing, balls, bands and gliding discs. The class will keep you moving to the music of the 60s, 70s and 80s.
*Please note that registrants are automatically enrolled in all classes in this series. There will be no make-ups, and no prorated rates for missing any classes.
Program registration, special program admission, and program material fees are non-refundable, including where the program does not meet the expectations of the user. If the Library cancels the program, all fees will be refunded in full.
