Event Details

Experience relaxation and restoration through soothing sounds from instruments like crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, Native American flute, and tuning forks. This immersive listening experience calms the mind, body, and nervous system, promoting a sense of well-being. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, towel, or something to lie on.

Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask, fuzzy socks, or anything else for added comfort.
