Help bring joy to furry friends in need! In this hands-on community service project, teens will craft toys for cats and dogs to be donated to a local animal shelter. It's a fun way to make a difference while earning community service hours.

QiGong is a health exercise derived from Chinese martial arts. Designed to help with balance and strength using slow movements to challenge the body.  It is useful for all levels of strength. This is a four-class series.
