Do you dream of having a garden, raising a few baby chicks, preserving food, or becoming over all more self-sufficient? Jessica Milazzo will lead a seminar that introduces methods of becoming more independent and less reliant on the grocery store. All are welcome whether you own a small or large backyard. Education will include recipes to try at home. This program is hosted by North Shore Public Library

BIO:
Jessica is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who loves growing food, raising chickens, canning and cooking. She has been gardening for 10 years and currently creating a 5-acre sustainable farm. Jessica's passion lies within educating others on nutrition, becoming more self-sufficient and showing people cooking healthy and nutrient-dense food can be easy and delicious. 

This program is hosted by North Shore Public Library
