Every third Tuesday of each month a HICAP counselor will be available to meet with individuals for half hour, one-on-one appointments to answer questions about Medicare health insurance programs.

Program registration, special program admission, and program material fees are non-refundable, including where the program does not meet the expectations of the user. If the Library cancels the program, all fees will be refunded in full.
