Edna Lewis is one of the most important American chefs, yet she is not a household name. Lewis was a pioneer in the food-to-table movement and her cookbooks changed perceptions on Southern foodways. Join food writer, podcaster, executive producer and host of Finding Edna Lewis, Deb Freeman, as she explores Lewis's legacy.
