Brazilian BBQ shares its origins with American BBQ, both stemming from the resourcefulness of cowboys in the past. In Brazil, the tradition evolved as a way for these cowboys to cook skewered meats slowly over open fires, with the meat being sliced directly off the skewer and served with a variety of sauces and condiments.
Join Brian Collins for a delicious Brazilian BBQ meal featuring Picanha—skewered, tender steak that is a true culinary staple, Piri Piri Chicken, farofa, garlic collard greens, and a refreshing chickpea salad.
