This program focuses on everyday habits that support brain health - such as physical activity, nutrition and sleep - and explains why brain health matters at every age.
Fitness instructor Laurie Short will help you improve your strength, mobility, posture, balance and flexibility during seated and (some) standing exercises. You will use tubing, balls, bands and gliding discs.
