Does celebrating the holidays leave you feeling “blue”? Due to personal struggles, loss or other challenges, this time of year can bring with it a sense of melancholy. Life Coach Lesaya Kelly will lead you through some helpful practices during the workshop to guide you in self care and compassion. The session will culminate in a soothing guided meditation. Optional: Bring your own yoga mat for the meditation portion of this program.
