Program Description

Event Details

Experience the ancient art of Tai Chi, often called “meditation in motion,” in this gentle, low-impact class series led by Alan Stewart. Through flowing movements and mindful breathing, participants will enhance balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Patrons may register for the full series or individual classes. Register here for the walk-in class.

There is a $6 nonrefundable fee for this individual class.
