Join Gaetano Giordano as he walks us through the history of pizza, followed by a pizza dough recipe demonstration and instructions on how to cook a delicious pizza at home. Patrons will receive a tasting and walk away with a whole new appreciation of pizza, how it came to be, and a delicious recipe for homemade pizza.
