Event Details
Experience the ancient art of Tai Chi, often called “meditation in motion,” in this gentle, low-impact class series led by Alan Stewart. Through flowing movements and mindful breathing, participants will enhance balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Patrons may register for the full series or individual sessions. Register here for the 1/16/26 walk-in class.
