This is a WAITLIST ONLY for the program described below:

Fitness instructor Laurie Short will help you to improve your strength, mobility, posture, balance and flexibility during seated (and some) standing exercises. You will use tubing, balls, bands and gliding discs.  The class will keep you moving to the music of the 60s, 70s and 80s. There is a $45 fee for this class series. Please bring a pair of 3-5 pound dumbbells to class. 

*Please note that registrants are automatically enrolled in all classes in this series. There will be no make-ups, and no prorated rates for missing any classes.
