Event Details
Experience the ancient art of Tai Chi, often called “meditation in motion,” in this gentle, low-impact class series led by Alan Stewart. Through flowing movements and mindful breathing, participants will enhance balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Patrons may register for the full series or individual sessions. Register here for the series.
Registrants of the series will be automatically enrolled in all classes. There are no prorated rates available for those who have to miss any classes. There is a $40 nonrefundable fee for this series.
